4th Lošinj Cuisine Festival
The Lošinj Cuisine Festival takes place for the fourth year in a row, with the aim of promoting gastronomic offer, original and autochthonous island cuisine, based on flora and fauna of the Island of Lošinj. Catering facilities are also involved in the manifestation by offering two specialties based on the given subject. This year the theme is marked by the maritime tradition of Mali Lošinj, thus captain dishes from that period will be made.
The final presentation will be held on 9 September 2010 on the main town square where all catering facilities that participated in the manifestation will have their presentation.
