La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione ed è da molto che non viene fatta. Una imposta staccata dal cardine, il lavandino del bagno tutto fessurato, la doccia priva di supporto, la cassaforte non funziona, il frigorifero si riempie di ghiaccio, le pentole posizionate dove è alloggiato il secchio per le immondizie. Se l'ospite rimane per un lungo periodo i disagi si sentono
